In all my years of ordering things online I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a more unprofessional and unusable customer service experience than @Argos_Online - it’s utterly appalling.

Its return and exchange policy seems to take influence from Schrödinger's cat: to ascertain if an item will work, you need to open the packaging. However, do that and you can’t return or exchange the item. An £89 scam on a @rodemics wireless mic I can’t use. @Argos_Online
