Final cook before I left for my business trip. Made a large pot of chili for the family and froze two quarts for my in-laws as we're helping them prepare frozen meals as our parents age.

Went full on meatless Monday today for #boyswhocook. Vegetarian "meat" Ma'po tofu. The spices help mask the flavor as the texture is perfectly fine. The mushrooms help add some flavor as well.

My daughter got up this morning and had breakfast, then asked if I would snuggle with her. I know there's only so many years left before she'll be too old for this. So we just laid there in her bed for 20 minutes silently enjoying the moment. Don't let these days pass you by.
