Does anybody know anyone @lemonsqueezy support who can help with a billing issue?
Their support via the website never gets back to me at all.
I have had a ticket open for nearly a month with no action taken.

Imagine a company with a number of brands. They need new websites for all the brands that will be very similar, but different colours and logo.
The sites will run all the same tech, plugins etc. with the same customisable theme.
Should #WordPress multisite be used? Why?

My big issue with multisite at the moment are mainly technical problems with:
1. Managed hosts not working well with them. The things you pay for like 1 click staging never work well
2. Local development - copying the live site is a mess as it is LARGE (or can be).

Many of the benefits I can see such as shared codebase are not really an advantage when I have code version controlled and auto deployed to different servers.
Updates are all auto-updated and therefore that doesn't really help either

I've always believed that lifetime licenses aren't a support nightmare - and now I have the data to prove it.
At @Barn2Plugins, lifetime customers contact support less often and for no longer than annual ones. This makes lifetime pricing at 3–4× annual sustainable.
