That’s ok if the rubbish is laying in a line but when the lorry’s have been queuing on Kent roads the rubbish is everywhere!

PRIMITIVE BRITAIN HAS MUCH TO LEARN FROM THE GERMANS...
This is how they pick up litter in Germany.
They don't use men in hi-vis orange vests and ask them to risk their lives by the side of busy roads.
