Dr. Robert Duncan, one of the inventors of the CIA’s neurological weapon, mysteriously “died” this year on my birthday, shortly after I learned about him on June 12. His book, 'The Matrix Deciphered,' provides detailed insights into this technology.
CIA might claim this technology is alien-derived, part of an alleged alien-human treaty, and even designed it to mimic alien aesthetics with a unique language interface. However, this narrative is BULLSHIT.

They kept insinuating that I was racist against Indians???? and I had no clue why, like what? For example they would have Indians come around me and act rude but mostly I found it funny.
