I’m glad to announce that the first case with the novel #flow_saver in the #EMEA region was performed today in our center... a new Era in the treatment of acute PE, not only lytic-free, but also without significant blood loss (today‘s case about 60 ml).

But on a more existential level: this was my first duty trip after suffering a massive pulmonary embolism in December 2021. @RoyalLondonHosp was there for me and @xraysurgeon used the @InariMedical FlowTriever to hoover up my clots.
