I’m 40. But today I catch the smell of chlorine from my hair after I’ve taken my wee boy swimming and now I’m 9, hungry for a chippy and a can of Lilt after a weekend trip to the pool with my dad.
Those weekend trips were years ago. They were yesterday.

My favourite thing about @GlowUpBBC is that the judges actually teach and give useful tips to the contestants rather than just being rude and critical for no real reason.
