Another moderately low carb hack
I love & miss is peanut butter, especially in candy
I tried almond butter since it has lower carbs, but it tastes like peanut butter dragged thru an ashtray.
If you mix in a little Spenda, a spoon full is a great treat

Little sandwiches with pan fried salame instead of bread with tuna fish filling. It's pretty damn good (thanks for the fried salame tip Blair)
Wash it down with a michelob ultra gold.
