Monad Testnet is a stress test on all of us and I'm loving it (although I haven't gone to sleep yet)
Builders are rapidly adapting to a high-performance high-volume world - many anecdotes of Break Monad builders adjusting in realtime to scale up their own infra. Super exciting

I applied to the Monad VDP.
I ran a testnet node, participated in events, met the team, and stayed active in the ecosystem.
Now it's time to contribute as a validator.

Everyone is trying to fix “understanding” by adding more structure.
Context graphs, memory layers, company brains.
Makes sense in theory.
But the real bottleneck is still the input.
Messy, fragmented, often contradictory.
Before you try to resolve everything,
you first need to make the raw context actually usable.
Most systems skip that part.
That’s where I’ve been spending my time lately.

After the April 2 update:
1,000 users discovered the product
514 articles exported
Traffic is mostly coming from the US
Error rate dropped to 2%
And now it gets interesting:
You can now export X articles as structured JSON.

I sent my first cold email today.
Not to investors.
Not to some big partnership.
Just… to get X Article Downloader seen.
And honestly? It felt weird.
You build something, spend days refining it, watching the numbers, fixing bugs, thinking “this is actually useful”…
Then you realize:
No one knows it exists.
So you open your inbox and start writing.
Not perfectly.
Not strategically.
Just trying to be real enough so someone on the other side might care.
A few hours later, I got a reply.
They said they’d feature the product.
Talked about backlinks, visibility, domain authority…
And for a second, I felt like:
“Okay, maybe this is how it starts.”
But then I caught myself.
This isn’t the win.
The win is:
Someone using the product.
Coming back the next day.
And eventually paying for it.
Still… sending that first email matters.
Because it’s the moment you stop hiding behind the product
and start pushing it into the world.
X Article Downloader is out there now.
Slowly, piece by piece.

If you're not fighting for Google traffic, you're wasting your product.
I learned this the hard way.
My tool has ~50% conversion.
But here's the crazy part:
Traffic from X → low intent
Traffic from Google → ~80% take action
Same product.
Completely different outcome.
The shift?
I stopped thinking about branding.
And started thinking about search.
While everyone tries to “look cool”
I focused on being found.
SEO isn't sexy.
But it converts.

I'm approaching the finish line of the distribution marathon for XArticle.
Marketing a download tool as a full SaaS platform was a much bigger challenge than I expected. Still, hitting 10,000 daily views with my first product feels like a genuinely proud milestone.
Now I'm handing everything over to the SEO gods.
Monday marks a brand new beginning. 🙏
