Most creator campaigns are still selected blindly. Usually based on: - a marketer's KOL network - follower count and engagement - recent posts to guess the creator's niche The problem? A creator can: - pivot from lifestyle to AI content a month ago, while most of their audience is still interested in lifestyle content - have inflated followers and engagement metrics (not everyone, but it happens more often than people think) As a result, brands often end up paying extremely high CPMs for niche impressions and getting fewer conversions than expected.
