Like the assignment itself was so weird. It's basically asking us to explain our traumas to the class so that they can "learn". And my traumas are supposed to be next to someone saying "I was thin and wealthy, so people said I was spoiled and teased me." 😭

This is such a loser take, and it's ACTUALLY harmful to the autistic community.
There's no incentive to "fake" being autistic, and there's honestly even less incentive to receive a formal diagnosis. It can hinder quality of life, even.
