Given that tech people know what happens when CPU is 100% and RAM is full and you're hitting the swap file, it's pretty weird how many places focus on keeping everyone busy and working on more things than they have teams for.

So in being too angry to pick up @NAB's calls after lodging my AFCA complaint, I missed out on their offer of $250 compensation. Oh well.

Am gradually exiting, have found most people elsewhere and am just here to watch people leave. I am xflibble on pretty much any platform that exists, that similarly coloured one to this is where I am mostly now.

Six months after thinking I closed my @NAB accounts (which took hours with multiple attempts via every possible channel - online, phone, branch), I am getting calls from their collection department harassing me to pay for a service never provided. Unethical and incompetent.
