Help @glow_wormclub! Recent install of Energy 15r. Intermittent F83. Checked wiring/thermistor locations. System full and no air. Everything working fine except this fault?

Hi guys, I have some surplus @MHSRadiators matrix style rads. They are 1800 x 280 finished in RAL 7010. They are brand-new and sealed. They were (a VERY expensive) order mistake. I have 12. Cost me Β£640 each!! Any ideas how to go about selling such a bespoke style lot of rads?

Question......does everyone always fill the gap around the flue with mortar or just use the collars? Even with a small gap? Thought some clues could be fitted internally and therefore impossible to mortar the external gap?

Quick question, best pipe slice out there? Always used rothenberger, tried nerad, which are great for first few uses but then tramline....rigid any good?
