In 2023 Uber refused to pay me, then tried to cover it up rather than pay me what they owe, then tried to blame me by deactivating my Driver account.
So, I’ve been wearing this sign in front of Uber, Sunnyvale.

After stirring the pot, Uber now sends my account to KPI, who sends me escheatment letter for the "unclaimed" funds uber stole from me, denied, then admitted and covered it up.
This is war.

Mar 10, Uber replied to me in email: "allow up to 8 weeks for processing…"
Apr 10, I got a letter from CA State Controller dated Mar 26: Uber says it's "unable to contact me" about my "unclaimed property".
Since Sep 2023, I repeatedly contacted Uber re this withheld pay.
