Just heard that tne Dicebreaker team is being mothballed. What a terrible, terrible waste of extremely talented people. I had such high hopes the site was going to be the entryway into the mainstream for our hobby. Thoughts with all those affected.

Hot take: I find most euro games, even "gateway," very difficult to learn for most people.
You need to deconstruct the entire scoring matrix in order to understand your basic incentives.
The core game loop is often "simple," but knowing what to do =/= knowing how to play.

PAXU Highlights #4: Got to playtest @xopherchan ‘s game about a bunch of Possums in a Trenchcoat stealing trash from a mall. This already had a lot of polish & nailed the goofy chaotic theme! Made me laugh & smile a ton. Unfortunately no pictures this time but watch this one!
