Sit on the side of the road at midnight for an hour just to be told "We can't find a tow company to come get you. You'll have to call on your own and pay out of pocket."

Definitely just lost a 20 year customer. Constant price increases, to the point of being astronomical, and getting nothing back for it. Just keep taking our money to keep making new million dollar commercials and paying Mahomes to be in them, like he needs the fucking money.

Anyone who's made this drive knows it can very quickly turn into a 20 hour drive.
