Today was the day I was invited to Windsor Castle to receive my MBE from His Majesty King Charles III, what an amazing honour, I still can't believe it but now I can sit and look at it and feel such a sense of achievement Thank you @mariecurieuk you are all absolutely fabulousโฅ๏ธ

Brilliant story. As a kid the Richard Dunn Sports Centre just meant a fun day with my mates on the slides at the Swimming Pool. As I grew up I learnt about the incredible story of the man the place was named after & a proud part of Bradfordโs history.

If you know the history of Cyprus then Greece sending Frigates & Fighter Jets to defend the Greek Cypriot side of the divided Island will no doubt lead to Turkey doing the same for the Northern side. Messy for an Island divided by a UN Buffer Zone. #Cyprus

Two frigates with the Greek Hellenic Navy, including the Kimon-class frigate HS Kimon (F-601), will be deployed to Cyprus along with several F-16s of the Hellenic Air Force, in response to multiple drone attacks over the last day by Iran against Cyprus, according to the Greek newspaper Proto Thema.

Good decision to not allow either of the Bases in Cyprus to be used to try not escalate & make it a target. Any direct hit on either Base though will change all of that though.

In addition to his statements on allowing U.S. aircraft to strike Iran from UK bases, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that drone experts from both the UK and Ukraine will be sent to Gulf partner states to aid in the operations against Iranian drone attacks. This is extremely notable.
