Busy but exciting week ahead for me as we celebrate another incredible graduation season across Henrico County Public Schools. I will be speaking or attending several ceremonies throughout the week, and I am truly looking forward to celebrating with our students and families.

Yesterday was busy at our training facility! We welcomed students from Henrico Schools ACE Center, they participated in live fire exercises. Current Henrico firefighters from all over the district were on-site for training and safety checks.

On Monday, Henrico held its 40th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Celebration at Henrico High School, and more than 80 HCPS students were honored as scholarship recipients and Lights of Hope recipients. π―οΈπ
