15 years of continuous service. Years ago, on 17/06/2011, I joined the UPRVUNL as a Junior Engineer (Trainee). This job allowed me to pursue my tiny dreams alongside my professional career, bringing moments of happiness to my loved ones. Now, 15 years have passed with a mixed bag of memorable experiences at different power stations. In May 2026, Uttar Pradesh (UP) met its all-time high-power demand of 31,824 MW with almost NO disruptions. The UPRVUNL is the driving force behind achieving the power demand of India's most populous state (UP). I am always grateful to Almighty God, Baba Saheb, my parents, relatives, friends, and my colleagues, who were always there to support me through my ups and downs. As we all know, India's future is bright, supported by a strong power sector. I will keep sharing my learnings & experiences with you. With thanks, Journey is continue… *** PS: Anything that you want to ask me?

This 80 year-old Baba Ji has been visiting our home every year since 2023 and plays his 100-year-old ancestral sarangi. He roams across the interstates in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh (West), Punjab, and Uttarakhand. I asked him, " Why don’t you train someone in your family to preserve this legacy from generation to generation? What he replied shocked me. No one wants to learn this; they want to earn instant money, and I am the last in my bloodline playing this sarangi. I was sad listening to this, but I enjoyed him and his sarangi song. We need to respect the art and the artist and make them feel listened to with pure attention. *** PS: Do you know what a Sarangi is?
