The so-called 'Mega' DSC was a carefully engineered policy sketch for a 'Mega' scam, a dark operation by CM Chandrababu and his son Nara Lokesh as Minister-in-charge, grievously damaging the lives of meritorious aspirants. Lakhs of aspirants are in anguish today, shedding tears because of the manipulation and deception by the @ncbn Government. Andhra Pradesh never witnessed such a disastrous recruitment process before. For the recruitment process for 16,000 DSC posts, every safeguard that protected transparency was dismantled, every institutional check was weakened, through a carefully laid out a scheme of fraud for purposes of converting the DSC recruitment into a money-spinning scam. Never before in the history of Andhra Pradesh has a recruitment process been marred by irregularities at such scale. DSC represents hopes and aspirations of lakhs of unemployed youth. Malpractices and corruption in the DSC recruitment process executed by the department, whose Minister-in-charge is Nara Lokesh, are extremely condemnable and the situation warrants a CBI inquiry. The corruption ridden DSC recruitment process is a multi layered scam and the following are the key aspects of it. 1. Chandrababu's government dismantled long-standing institutional safeguards. The entire conspiracy began with preparation of question papers (handled by SCERT) and the conduct of the examination (handled by the DSC Convenor). These responsibilities were traditionally separated to preserve confidentiality. This process was completely compromised when the separation of responsibilities was done away with. Chandrababu government sidelined the DSC Convenor and entrusted both crucial responsibilities to the Director of SCERT, thereby undermining the transparency of DSC examination and deliberately paving the way for irregularities. This arrangement created a convenient mechanism as the first step for the Mega Scam. 2. Making matters worse, the highly confidential tasks of question paper preparation and its upload were entrusted to outsourcing employees, creating a system vulnerable to abuse while conveniently providing potential scapegoats if design were to get exposed. The case of an outsourcing employee securing top rank in DSC in the very examination process he was associated with is a classic example of the consequences of the irregularity. This is direct proof of the paper leak scam. The sequence of events that follow generate further suspicion about the fragility of the system enabling paper leak and other irregularities. Why was that individual not provided the job despite him securing first rank? Why were the individual's ID and data removed from the merit list subsequently? Why wasn't he invited for the certificate verification? Are these not the reasons cited by that individual when he approached the Court? An outsourcing employee working in SCERT and intimately involved in question paper preparation, securing 1st rank, speaks volumes about the paper leak. For purposes of ascertaining the depth of the paper leak issue an inquiry by CBI is necessary. The total lack of transparency with respect to declaration of results is also absolutely worrisome, with merit lists and merit-cum-roster lists not being placed on the notice boards of collectors' offices, as was the prevailing practice. Instead, the process was centralized with only online display and messaging. This resulted in candidates facing significant hardship owing uncertainty, with them running from pillar to post with nobody to redresses their grievances, not at the district collector level and not at head office level.The cruelest aspect of the entire DSC examination is that, several candidates who received call letters on 1:1 basis and whose certificates were successfully verified, did not find their name in final selection list. Strict adherence to Rule 20 of Scheme of Selection Rules 2025 necessitated preparation of merit-cum-roster list after taking into consideration, marks, ranks, cutoff and all forms of reservations in place, be it vertical or horizontal, be it under meritorious sportspersons quota, be it under persons with benchmark disabilities quota, and so forth. Under the rule position, successful verification of certificates after this step must only result in the candidate's name being placed in final selection list, however, such has not been the fate of several call letter recipients. The most revealing aspect of the entire scandal is the manner in which the sports quota was dealt with. The shameless manner in which, the policies were altered to enable recklessness in the recruitment process is indeed very distressing. Injustice was done not only to meritorious candidates but also to genuine sportspersons who have worked hard for their achievements. Doing away with the existing policy mandating qualification in examination as provided in G.O. No. 74 dated 9th August, 2012, through a new sports policy introduced vide G.O. no. 8 dated 10th December, 2024 and bringing it into implementation through G.O. No. 4 and G.O. No. 47, Chandrababu and his son had already prepared what can only be described as a "policy blueprint for a scam." For the first time in history, sports quota candidates were exempted from appearing for the DSC examination, creating a backdoor entry through which they were brought into the system. Once the recruitment process was complete, the policy was reverted to what it was earlier, through G.O. No. 23, G.O. No. 25 and G.O. No. 56, thereby superseding G.O. No. 4 and G.O. No. 47, citing difficulties that have arisen and several representations and grievances received from sportspersons. So, once the purpose was served and the recruitment was completed without sportspersons having to appear in the written examination, the backdoor that enabled the system being compromised was shut and the Government also cold-heartedly admitted that the policy change caused difficulties and resulted in several grievances. No. 23, 25 & 56 conveying policy reversal again after the recruitment is complete)To utter disgust of the entire State, a video of a negotiation for a teacher post between an aspirant and another person has come to light and thereafter, callously, the authorities merely registered a token case, granted station bail without even arresting the accused. No meaningful investigation was conducted. (Supporting evidence - video clip and extract from the FIR, wherein even after knowing the telephone number, the police avoid mentioning the name of the individual and merely refer to him as the suspect.) In the most insensitive and wholly unscrupulous manner, the TDP Government has made a mockery of the aspirations of lakhs of candidates. The scandal is deeply rooted and dangerously conceived by the people at the helm of the present State Government including the Chief Minister Mr. Chandrababu Naidu and the Education Minister, Nara Lokesh. The investigating agencies in the State report to the perpetrators and therefore, to unearth facts the need for an enquiry by an independent agency such as CBI is warranted. రెండేళ్ల “నారాసుర’’ పాలన - రాష్ట్రానికి, ప్రజలకు వెన్నుపోటు ! ప్రజాగ్రహానికి అద్దంపట్టిన ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌తో క‌లిసి వైయ‌స్ఆర్‌సీపీ ర్యాలీలు 1.రెండేళ్ల క్రితం @ncbn గారు ప్రజల ముందుకు వచ్చి ఎన్నో హామీలు ఇచ్చారు. సూపర్‌ సిక్స్‌ అన్నారు.. సూపర్‌ సెవెన్‌ అన్నారు.. మొత్తం 143 హామీలు త‌న మేనిఫెస్టోలోను బాండ్ల రూపేనా, ప్ర‌తి ఇంటికీ వెళ్లి ఈ బాండ్లు రాసి మ‌రి ఇచ్చారు! కానీ ఈరోజు రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు ఒకటే ప్రశ్న అడుగుతున్నారు... ఆ హామీలు ఏమయ్యాయి చంద్రబాబుగారూ? అని. 2.రైతులను మోసం చేశారు, మహిళలను మోసం చేశారు, యువతను మోసం చేశారు, విద్యార్థిని మోసం చేశారు. చివరకు ప్రతి కుటుంబాన్ని మోసం చేశారు. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో చెప్పిన మాటలకు, అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత చేసిన పనులకు ఏమాత్రం పొంతనే లేదు. ప్రతి క్షణం మోసం, దగాయే, స్కాంల మ‌య‌మే! 3.ఈ రెండేళ్లలో రాష్ట్రం చూసింది అభివృద్ధి కాదు... పచ్చి అబద్ధాల ప్రచారం! సంక్షేమం కాదు... రాష్ట్ర ప్ర‌జ‌లు చూసింది మోసం! ప్రజాపాలన కాదు... రాజకీయ కక్షసాధింపులు, వివక్ష, అరాచకాలు, రెడ్‌బుక్‌ రాజ్యాంగంతో భయానక పాలన! 4.వ్యవస్థలన్నీ కుప్పకూలిపోయాయి. మహిళలకు, చిన్నారులకు రక్షణ అనేదే లేదు. పోలీసు సహా అన్ని వ్యవస్థలనూ భ్రష్టు పట్టించారు. శాంతిభద్రతలను దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. జంగిల్‌రాజ్‌లా రాష్ట్రాన్ని నడుపుతున్నారు. సొంత ప్రజలపై కక్షగట్టిన నాయకుడ్ని ఏమంటాం? 5. అమరావతి నిర్మాణం పేరుతో అంతులేని అవినీతి. ఇసుక,మట్టి, లిక్కర్‌, క్వార్ట్జ్, లేటరైట్‌ అన్నీ మాఫియాలు నడుపుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రాన్ని దోచుకుంటున్నారు. 6.మరోవైపు ప్రజలపై భారం మాత్రం రోజు రోజుకూ పెరుగుతోంది. కరెంటు ఛార్జీలు పెరిగాయి, పెట్రోల్‌, డీజిల్ వ్యాట్‌లు పెరిగాయి, బస్సు ఛార్జీలు పెరిగాయి, నిత్యావసర వస్తువుల ధరలు పెరిగాయి, పన్నులు పెరిగాయి! కానీ ప్రజల ఆదాయం పెరగలేదు! ప్రతి కుటుంబం ఆర్థికంగా ఇబ్బందులతో సతమతమవుతోంది! దీనివల్ల ప్రజల జీవన ప్రమాణాలు పడిపోతున్నాయి. పేదరికం బుసలు కొడుతోంది. 7.విద్యా రంగం దెబ్బతింది! వైద్య రంగం దెబ్బతింది! వ్యవసాయం సంక్షోభంలో ఉంది! ఏ పంటకూ గిట్టుబాటు ధరలేదు! నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు ఉద్యోగాలు ఇస్తామని చెప్పి ఆశలు చూపించారు. కానీ డీఎస్సీ నిర్వహణలో అక్రమాలు, అవకతవకలు, స్కామ్‌ల‌తో యువత భవిష్యత్తును దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. ఉద్యోగాలు ఇవ్వలేకపోయారు, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించలేకపోయారు, సూప‌ర్-6, సూప‌ర్-7లో చెప్పిన హామీలు మోసాలుగా మార్చారు! ప్రచార కార్యక్రమాలకు మాత్రం వందల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నారు. 8.ఈరోజు రాష్ట్రంలో ఏ వర్గాన్ని అడిగినా అసంతృప్తే కనిపిస్తోంది. ఏ కుటుంబాన్ని కలిసినా మోసపోయామనే బాధ వినిపిస్తోంది. ప్రతి ఇంట్లో చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వ మోసాలు, వైఫల్యాల గురించే చర్చ జరుగుతోంది. అందుకే ఈరోజు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరిగిన నిరసన ర్యాలీలు ప్రజల ఆవేదనకు, ఈ ప్రభుత్వం పట్ల వ్యతిరేకతకు అద్దంపట్టాయి. ప్రజల ఆగ్రహానికి ప్రతీకగా నిలిచాయి. ఈ పోరాటంలో ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కు తోడుగా పాల్గొన్న ప్రతి నాయకుడికి, ప్రతి కార్యకర్తకు, యువతకు, ప్రజలకు నా హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు. 9.చంద్రబాబుగారికి ఒక్కటే చెప్పాలనుకుంటున్నాను. అబద్ధాలతో కొంతకాలం ప్రజలను మోసం చేయవచ్చు. కానీ ఎప్పటికీ మోసం చేయలేరు. ప్రజలు అన్నీ గమనిస్తున్నారు. ప్రతి హామీని గుర్తుంచుకున్నారు. ప్రతి మోసాన్ని లెక్కపెడుతున్నారు. 10.ఈ “నారాసుర పాలన’’కు వ్యతిరేకింగా ప్రజల తరఫున మా పోరాటం ఆగదు. మోసాలను నిలదీస్తాం. స్కామ్‌ల‌ను, మీ అన్యాయాలను ప్రశ్నిస్తాం! ప్రజల గొంతుకగా నిలబడతాం. అన్నివర్గాల అండతో, ప్రజాబలంతో, దేవుడి ద‌య‌తో ఈ దుర్మార్గపు ప్రభుత్వం గద్దెదిగక తప్పదు. #2YearsForCBNBackStabbing

సుగాలి ప్రీతి కేసులో @ncbn గారి ప్రభుత్వం చూపిస్తున్న నిర్లక్ష్యం… ఆమె తల్లిదండ్రుల్లో తీవ్ర ఆవేదన నింపుతోంది. 2017లో అమాయకురాలైన, 10వ తరగతి చదువుతున్న సుగాలి ప్రీతి దారుణ హత్యకు గురైతే, అప్పటి చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం దోషులను పట్టుకోవడంలో పూర్తిగా విఫలమైంది. మా ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఆ తల్లిదండ్రుల కోరిక మేరకు ప్రత్యేక సిట్‌ ఏర్పాటు చేసి దర్యాప్తును ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లాం. అంతేకాదు ఆ కుటుంబానికి అండగా నిలుస్తూ కర్నూలులో 5 సెంట్ల ఇంటి స్థలం, 5 ఎకరాల వ్యవసాయ భూమి, ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగం కల్పించాం. కుటుంబ సభ్యుల విజ్ఞప్తి మేరకు సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తునకు కూడా ఆదేశించాం. కానీ చంద్రబాబుగారు మళ్లీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక ఇప్పుడు ఆ కేసును పూర్తిగా పక్కనపెట్టేశారు. సీబీఐ తమకు సిబ్బంది, వనరుల కొరత ఉందని ఇప్పుడు చెబుతుంటే… వారికి సహకారం అందించి కేసును కొలిక్కి తీసుకురావాల్సిన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తిగా మౌనం పాటిస్తోంది. ఇంకా బాధాకరమైన విషయం ఏమిటంటే… ఈ ప్రభుత్వానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా మాట్లాడుతున్నారనే కారణంతో తమ కుటుంబానికి వచ్చే పెన్షన్‌ను కూడా ఇప్పుడు నిలిపేశారని సుగాలి ప్రీతి తల్లిదండ్రులు నా దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చారు. అంతేకాదు, వారు అప్పట్లో మన ప్రభుత్వం వేసిన SIT రిపోర్టు చూపుతూ, అప్పట్లో చేసిన CDFD ల్యాబ్‌ రిపోర్టులు చూపుతూ, డీఎన్‌ఏ ప్రొఫైల్‌ ఉన్న వివరాలను సైతం చూపించారు. మరి ఇలాంటి బలమైన ఆధారాలున్న నేపథ్యంలో CBI చేత ఇన్వెస్టిగేషన్‌ చేయాల్సింది పోయి, తమకు సిబ్బంది కొరత ఉందని, వనరుల కొరత ఉందని CBI వాళ్లు చెప్పడం, ఈ ప్రభుత్వం దాన్ని పరిష్కరించకుండా మౌనంగా ఉండడం అన్యాయం కాదా? ఇవాళ న్యాయం కోసం మరోసారి నన్ను కలిసిన ఆ తల్లిదండ్రులకు వారికి తోడుగా ఉంటానని చెప్పాను. సుగాలి ప్రీతికి కుటుంబానికి న్యాయం జరిగే వరకు వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ తరఫున పూర్తిస్థాయిలో న్యాయ సహాయం అందిస్తాం. 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 The provisional accounts for the financial year 2025-26 have been published by the CAG, these accounts bring to light unsettling facts regarding the State. On one hand Mr. Chandrababu Naidu garu claims of a galloping State with a year-on-year GSDP growth rate of 10.75% during FY 2025-26. In a manner that completely contrasts this, the tax revenues of the State Government have contracted by 3.22% during FY 2025-26. In any State that is progressing fast, there would be heightened levels of investment and consumption, reflecting in the form of higher tax collections by the State Government. In reality, the State Government tax revenues have declined by 3.22% against the revised estimates of a 9.60% growth over previous year during 2025-26, as shown in volumes placed for State Budget for FY 2026-27. If the State tax revenues have actually grown by 9.60%, then one would believe the State Government's GSDP growth estimates of 10.75%. However, what was witnessed was a contraction to the tune of 3.22% (-𝟯.𝟮𝟮%), in own tax revenues. The State tax revenues during 2023-24 (last year of the previous Government) were, Rs. 85,922.23 crores. After two years, even if a modest 8% growth was achieved, the tax revenues in the year 2025-26 should have been, Rs. 1,00,219.69 crores. However, what was achieved was only 86,552.68 crores during 2025-26. Therefore, the notional loss under this Government during this year is to the tune of 𝗥𝘀. 𝟭𝟯,𝟲𝟲𝟳 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀. Mr. @ncbn garu speaks of "Sampada Srushti", is this his Samapada Srushti? lower revenues by Rs. 13,667 crores even when compared with a modest benchmark? As we have always been saying, the Rs. 9,000 crores raised through NCD issuance by APMDC during May 2025, was actually intended to be utilised for meeting Government revenue expenditure. No asset creation took place from this NCD issuance. In an unprecedented manner, private NCD holders were allowed access to the Consolidated Fund of the State in violation of all Constitutional norms. From the accounts, on can ascertain that, this amount is received as Non-tax revenues during 2025-26. Therefore, what was witnessed over the last two years was, unambiguous signs of economic distress resulting from policy paralysis and corruption, tales of rapid growth for the purposes of diversion, and adoption of un-constructional and unhealthy means for raising debt.

.@ncbn గారూ.. మీ పరిపాలనలో దోపిడీకి ఏ రంగం మినహాయింపు కాదు. చివరకు ఆక్వా ఫీడ్‌ ధరల విషయంలో కంపెనీలతో కుమ్మక్కై ఆక్వా రైతులను కూడా దోచుకుతింటున్నారు. మా ప్రభుత్వంలో ఆక్వా రైతులకు తోడుగా ఉండేందుకు తీసుకున్న చర్యలన్నింటీనీ నీరుగార్చి ఆ రైతులను దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఛైర్మన్‌గా ఉండే APSADAకు తెలియకుండా, దాని అంగీకారం లేకుండా కంపెనీలు రేట్లు పెంచాయని, మీరు చేస్తున్న ప్రకటనలు ఎవరి చెవిలో పువ్వులుపెట్టడానికి? ఒక ప్రభుత్వాన్ని, చట్టాన్ని ధిక్కరించే ధైర్యం ఆ కంపెనీలకు ఎలా వచ్చింది? వాళ్లు మీవాళ్లు కాబట్టే కదా? ఆక్వా ఫీడ్‌ కంపెనీలు మీ పార్టీ సానుభూతి పరులవేనన్నవి అక్షర సత్యం కాదా? కమీషన్ల కోసం వారితో మీరు లాలూచీపడ్డారన్నది నిజం కాదా? అందుకే వారు రేట్లు పెంచుతున్నా మీరు సైలెంటుగా ఉన్నారు. చంద్రబాబుగారు మీరు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి రాష్ట్రంలో అన్ని వర్గాలతోపాటు ఆక్వా రైతులుకూడా చితికిపోయారు. సిండికేట్‌ అవుతున్న కంపెనీల నుంచి, దళారుల నుంచి రైతులను రక్షించడానికి మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో చట్టాన్ని తీసుకు వచ్చి, ఏకంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఛైర్మన్‌గా APSADA అనే రెగ్యులేటరీ సంస్థను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే మీరు వచ్చాక ఉద్దేశ పూర్వకంగానే దాన్ని నిర్వీర్యం చేశారు. సీడ్‌, ఫీడ్‌ క్వాలిటీ ప్రమాణాలు సహా, వాటి రేట్ల నియంత్రణ దగ్గరనుంచి ఆక్వా ఉత్పత్తులకు ధరలను నిర్ణయించే బాధ్యతను కూడా ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకోవడమే కాకుండా, యూనిట్‌ కరెంటును కేవలం రూ.1.5౦కే వారికి అందిస్తూ అన్నిరకాలుగా మా ప్రభుత్వం అండగా ఉంటే, మీరు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వాటన్నింటినీ నిర్వీర్యం చేసి ఆ రైతులను రోడ్డున పడేశారు. మొదటి ఏడాది ఆక్వా ఉత్పత్తుల రేట్లు పడిపోయి రైతులు నష్టపోతున్నా మీనమేషాలు లెక్కించారే తప్ప, వారిని ఆదుకోవాలన్న బాధ్యతను విస్మరించారు. ఇప్పుడు ఫీడు రేట్లు పెంచి చేస్తున్న దోపిడీకి వత్తాసు పలుకుతున్నారు. ఇది రైతులకు మీరు చేస్తున్న అన్యాయం కాదా? చంద్రబాబుగారూ.., ఆక్వా ఫీడు రేట్లు పెంపును తాత్కాలికంగా నిలిపివేశామంటూ మీరు మొసలికన్నీళ్లు కార్చడం కాదు, పెంచిన ఆ ధరలను పూర్తిగా ఉపసంహరింపచేయాలి. లేకపోతే రైతులతో కలిపి ఆందోళనలు చేస్తామని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాం. In the case of aqua feed prices too, you have colluded with the aqua feed companies and are enabling the looting of aqua farmers. Every measure our government had taken to support aqua farmers has been systematically weakened, causing severe damage to the farming community. How can companies increase aqua feed prices without the knowledge or approval of APSADA, the regulatory authority headed by the Chief Minister himself? In this context, is your narrative not misleading? How did these companies gain the audacity to defy both the government and the law? Is it not because they are closely associated with you and your party? Is it not an undeniable truth that these aqua feed companies are sympathizers and supporters of your party? Is it not true that you compromised with them for commissions? That is precisely why you have remained silent despite the continuous hike in feed prices. Chandrababu Garu, ever since you came to power, aqua farmers, along with all sections of society in the State, have been pushed into distress. During the period of our Government, we enacted laws to protect farmers from syndicates, middlemen, and exploitative companies, and established APSADA as a regulatory body under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister. However, after you came to power, you deliberately weakened and rendered the institution ineffective. Our government not only took responsibility for regulating seed and feed quality standards and controlling their prices, but also for determining prices for aqua products. We supplied electricity to aqua farmers at just Rs. 1.50 per unit and extended support in every possible way. But after you assumed office, all those systems were dismantled, pushing aqua farmers into severe distress. During the first year itself, when aqua product prices crashed and farmers suffered huge losses, you remained a silent spectator instead of taking responsibility to support them. Now, you are openly backing the exploitation being carried out through the hike in feed prices. Is this not grave injustice to farmers? Chandrababu Garu, merely building a narrative that the feed price hike is temporary, would not serve any purpose. The increased prices must be completely rolled back. Otherwise, we warn that we will launch protests along with the farmers.
