The transition away from “Young Women’s Leadership Summit” started long before Charlie passed away. Charlie was fully aware of it and agreed it needed to happen because the conference had outgrown the name. The audience isn’t just young women anymore, it’s American women. As for understanding our audience, I’d worry less about ours and more about the fact that yours seems to consist primarily of leftists hate-watching and Russian bots.
