What would your best solution be for multiple sub menus?

I’ve started the big house downsize.
I have 18 months. Going to clear the garage and sell anything I don’t use regularly.
When it comes to 2025 and a remortgage I won’t be able to afford to live in my house at current mortgage rates so being prepared.

The next plan is to maybe even apply for a Nomad visa for Spain or Portugal. Leave the UK behind for a little while.
I’d like to go to Australia but even with all my family citizens I can’t get in without a job offer. 🤷🏻♂️
