Dream job offer I would've jumped at 5 months ago. Today, I can't take it. A beautiful European city. A company I deeply respect. The kind of opportunity I once thought was the destination. Not because it's not good enough, but because I'm too invested in what we're building at @zerithstudio. Funny how some opportunities stop looking like destinations once you've found a direction. Some things really do teach perspective.

a really undetermined asset of a startup, irrespective of it's service or product is the core team. you need to be together as a team which executes with urgency. 10 meetings has never shipped 1 feature. a strategy deck won't replace 1 user conversion. teams that shorten the gap between identifying a problem and shipping a solution outperform those stuck in perpetual planning loops. that's the culture we're building at zerith studios.

"Building an agent" is becoming the new "we're building a platform." Cool. But where does the intelligence come from? Proprietary data? Domain expertise? Human feedback loops? Network effects? Execution infrastructure? The agent is the interface. The source of intelligence is the business.
