Over 100 hours and still no access to my account. The attacker is actively messaging any and everyone that he can trying to scam them. Because he was able to take my support account Discord has yet to take the case seriously.

Breaking: Another team member was able to get Discord support to remove 2FA from my support account, I've been able to log in and add my own 2FA.
As happy as I am about this one step, why was another person able to remove my 2FA but not me?
Tomorrow (6/8/26) I will be blacking out the Vuetify documentation to raise awareness of our stolen Discord server. We are approaching a full week without access to my account or the server.

Approaching 72 hours and the attacker still has unbridled access to my Discord account and server. @discord refuses to help because unless I create a ticket with my "Discord support" account. That account is compromised and even resetting the password is not letting me in.
Feeling pretty raw right now, it's blowing my mind that someone can't just suspend the server until further notice.
Discord won't talk to me unless I create a support ticket using the original email of the account that was hacked on their support site support.discord.com/auth/v3/… but I can't access it because the hacker changed that password and I can't change the password because I don't have a recovery code...
24 hours ago I was targeted by a cyber attack which was mostly contained to our Discord server. I've sent emails, x messages, support tickets; not a peep from their team.
