i remember my first night binge so well. it was 5 years ago, my friend brought me a cake to make me feel better bc my cat died, I went to bed and for the first time in my life I woke up and ate the entire cake at 3 am. my life has been miserable since and I can’t stop doing it

I was in inpatient with a 70 year old woman and I am now 18 years or more into my eating disorder. It’s devastating!!! So many of us don’t age out of this and just suffer silently for so long (not me tho I complain online but ykwim)
