The higher level athletes perform the same drills but with Excellence. Squats, Cleans, Sprints, Jumps, etc w/ poor technique deliver poor results. Same exercises w/ GREAT technique deliver POWERFUL results. What vs How.

There is NO benefit physically or mentally to an athlete or ANY living being in sitting around, doing nothing but doom scrolling because of the standard "medical" advice of "NO Physical Activity for _____ Weeks"
Mental Health is a phrase thrown around by many in the medical and education system. If that's the case: - Stop telling an athlete "NO Physical Activity" because they have a sprained ankle or shoulder. Qualified Coaches KNOW how to work around injuries.

Very Impressive! Harder on the track. The monotony of running 105.5 laps - RESPECT.
I started worrying I was getting soft lately… Woke up and decided to suffer with a marathon on the track. 105.5 laps. - Final Time: 2:56:16 - 6:42 Average Pace - No Stops or Breaks That was hard. Mental torture. Confirmed still a dog.
