Launch Week Day 4: Tracking Tracking is live across all Zinc retailers. When your order ships, we extract the tracking number and carrier automatically. This is harder than it sounds. Retailers don't hand you tracking numbers in an API. They send an email with a "Track Package" button. Sometimes the tracking number is in the email. Sometimes it's behind the link. Sometimes the link requires you to be logged in. So we built a system that handles all of it. Parse the email. Follow the link. You name it. Customers care deeply about the status of their shipment and now you have it in hand.

Launch Week Day 3: Webhooks A lot happens after you submit an order. The retailer confirms. They pick and pack. They create a shipping label. The carrier picks it up. Your customers want to know what's going on. Without webhooks, you're polling the API over and over, waiting for something to change. Now we just tell you the moment something changes. Order placed.
