Good morning X family. The weekend is almost here. As a middle school teacher there are time I hate my job and swear I quitting and looking for something else. There’s one thing that always brings me back to the right mindset and it’s my students. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I love what I do and the relationships I get to build. The kids make my job great it’s the other adults who make my job impossible. Be the reason someone else shows up today.

Good morning X fam. Yesterday I got to go to my Student teacher’s graduation. Super excited to watch her walk and appreciate that she wanted me to be apart of it. I woke up this morning and while getting ready for work realized for the first time this year I will be in my class by myself. It was nice having someone else to co-teach with. Out of all the things I will miss about not having her in my room our friendship and the great conversations we had on how we can better develop our craft is what I will miss the most. Whatever school she ends up in will be lucky, she will be one of the good ones. Be the reason someone else shows up today.
