quick recap of last month: -new upsell unlocked (9 -> 28% CVR) -focused on a better angle -podcast recorded with the GOAT @spencepawliw (soon on ytb) -New concepts unlocked chad scaling mode: ✅ Team is on steroids, ngl this is crazy But we always tend to show the best parts on social media… I didn’t post anything when we were completely locked in, trying to figure out how to build the entire system from scratch. That’s where the real work happened. back to work 🔂 WAGMI

Evolve bro spent an entire year overthinking every detail trying to scale his Ecom brand Then Chad scaled from 0 to $100k/day in 6 months The answer was the same the whole time: - Run better ads - Build a better team - Coach them like A-players - Execute fast ⠀ Two things he said that stuck: ⠀ 1) Coach your editors like they're A-players. Because they are. Most ecom brands treat editors as a minor part of the creative team. Then wonder why their creatives don't work Execution is where a lot of ads die My editors get paid more than most of your creative strategists. But they're so well trained on creative strategy and copywriting they can ship winning ads on their own. 2) Everything moves faster than you think (in both directions) Some dudes rip a store up fast. But they don't learn any skills, so they lose it just as fast. Building skills takes time. You're going to go through months of seeing zero results before you become an overnight success. Same with homie. 1 year in Evolve, overthinking everything. Then it all clicked. It's the basics that still print. The question is whether you can stay locked in long enough to keep executing without seeing results for months. This ain't a get rich quick scheme. The goal is to get rich for sure. Few.

BIG W A L'EQUIPE @Baptouvfx @Sidees_ecom
We just scaled our brand from 0 to 100K/day in 5 months 1 year into ecom now and time flies so fast when you are truly obsessed with the process Drop out was the best choice I made in my life ( not financial advice ) LFG @0xRandomzz @Sidees_ecom That's only the beginning 👏 Stay obsessed

Discovering Panama 🇵🇦 right now… and honestly it’s kind of underrated. Good food, great vibes, super strategic location (Caribbean islands USA from 2-3 hours flight). Not trying to hype it for no reason, but I’m genuinely wondering… why is no one talking about it? DM me if you are in Town

if you're able to control your dopamine levels, you're already winning. simple as that but not easy that's why you're starting to see advice like "stare at a wall for 20 m a day" if you have any good advices, please share them

Wake up Show up (no excuses) Put in real work Gym Eat good quality food Put in real work 15–30 min/day: visualize it, manifest it (underrated edge) Rest properly Then… repeat again. Trust the process. Results come. You grow. Enjoy, and be grateful for everything.

Currently on a 12h flight, so I really want to share with you guys the reality I've understood these last 4 years trying to make money online. Read this and after, ask me everything in comments or DM 👇 The actual REAL roadmap (6-18 months) for every type of business (it worked for me and a lot of people I know): 1/ Find THE legit group/course: (I spent 4 months to find legit ones) Spend weeks trying to find it (YouTube, X, everywhere). The most legit course or community you can find, and lock in for months asking questions and following the course. (In ecom, you have @zakaria_airak 's community and @shauneng the most legit guys I know.) 2/ Focus on ONE skill that prints money. Copywriting, sales, Pick one you don’t hate and get dangerously good. “become an AI expert” is not a skill. “learning copywriting marketing to write good ads” is a huge skill. 3/ VOLUME. Then more volume (never stop pushing volume) 1000 emails. 150 scripts. 5000 cold calls. Stop asking “will this work?” It works. People are doing it right now. Why not you? Every day. No exceptions. 4/ NOW scale with AI, but be careful: it’s not about prompts. It’s about feeding tools like Claude the right context, files, and examples (need to understand every file you put in INPUT) like briefing a smart intern. it only works if you nailed 1–4. AI scales what you have. If you have nothing, it scales nothing. 5/ Find your zone of genius (what you actually like doing every day without any problem) Double down. Hire, partner, or trade for the rest. You’re not supposed to be good at everything (need to generate your first $$$ before this ) 6/ Close this app. (limit to 15 m / day, or you will have the famous shiny object syndrome) Most people here talking about AI or flexing stuff: – selling something – building something to sell you – or about to but you already know that, right? 👽 7/ Go touch grass. You’ll see $50k/month screenshots and feel behind. You’re not. Close the laptop for 3 days. Go outside. See people. Reset. Then come back and start at step 1. REMEMBER : The people winning in 12 months won’t have the best prompts. They’ll be the ones who closed the tabs and did the work without overthinking too much. Thanks for reading, please ask everything, I'll try my best to help...

If you’re in business merely for the money, someone who is obsessed with becoming the absolute best version of themselves will always beat you. I’ve seen this countless times. 99% of guys are OUTPUT driven instead of INPUT driven… They focus on the external factor instead of mastering the fundamentals within. If you optimize what I call “The Big 3” - physical, mental, and spiritual - the financial side of things comes naturally. Don’t over complicate it 🤓

It's 1:30pm, 48 tabs open, 2 Skool groups you joined and never opened again, 1 Free Discord Group with 3K members asking how to open an US LLC (they made their first sale 3 days ago). And you're refreshing Twitter waiting for the next "ULTIMATE AI PROMPT PACK" to bookmark and never use. This isn't research. It's FOMO with extra steps. (I was here too, but now I understand how it works) NGMI
