I was always focused on the consumer side of crypto, even before the narrative made it popular. I knew that without real users and use cases, we’re just playing with the “cool stuff” we built. A few days ago, I stumbled upon an old unlisted YouTube video of mine, my final project from 2021 for the @Consensys Ethereum Developer Bootcamp. It's my pleasure to share that I joined @SuperteamBLKN. No, this doesn't mean I'm transitioning from building the Ethereum community. I joined as a member. ETH Belgrade and Superteam Balkan have had a great relationship since the beginning. We were never competition, but frens. We helped each other, and we will continue to do so. Superteam BLKN is doing an amazing job. Not just in Serbia, but across the entire Balkan region. In the last 2 years, they've organized hundreds of events, given $500k in grants to Balkan founders, and supported many other events and communities. Those are the things that we at ETH Belgrade are trying to do. We share the same mission and the same ethos, and I'm happy that we'll continue this path as frens, comrades, and now team members :D

Everything you think you know about onboarding users to your mobile app might be wrong. Most advice says onboarding should be 3–5 steps max. But people who really cracked mobile conversion tell a different story. If done right, longer onboarding often means better conversion rate. Inspired by @starter_story interview with @maubaron, we made the onboarding flow for the @flexdotfunapp mobile app 10 steps. Each step explains a single thing and builds the story. After 5 taps, you’ve already claimed your first free ticket entry. A few more taps, and you’ve completed your first quest and earned another free ticket.
