When a user is tagged in the discussion, it only pops up in their activity center.
When no user is tagged it show up in the owner and admin activity center.
This allows for users to only see what they need to and not get spam in there workflow.

Operational Dashboard update.
From here we can monitor the payment/trial status of every @DeBOS_OS instance.
We can issue custom payment links for companies who get special discounts.
When subscription is paid, stripe sends webhook, and instance automatically flips to paid.

During the trial period users can go to their license tab to make payment and begin their @DeBOS_OS subscription.
After 7 days if they have not made payment, a notification will pop up in their dashboard, reminding them.
After 14 without payment, free trial goes to read only.

One effect of decentralized apps is that users can choose from products made closer to them. Instead of only having products made in Silicon Valley, users can choose from products made closer to them. Feedback quickens and customer service improves. Thats a win in the market.
