They say they have been asking for documentation but Ben literally went to corporate multiple times with the spreadsheet showing all of the documented sets Bryan and his family sold to them. Strange in this statement they ask for a sit down to go over the sets when that’s what the family has been trying to do from the beginning. This also proves that the CEO at corporate lied when he said they didn’t know who Bryan was and had never received any Star Wars sets. Ben has all of this documented in his YouTube videos. If Bryan does choose to sit down with them Ben needs to be there WITH A LAWYER THIS TIME and record it because I am highly suspicious Bricks and Minifigs will actually compensate him and return the sets. They’ll most likely make demands he gives a public statement apologizing to them again like they did the first time.
Also why tf are they saying “we’re prepared to discuss dropping the lawsuit” what is there to discuss? If you have all the proof that this was a bullshit then why wouldn’t you immediately drop the lawsuit? Why haven’t they done this already after seeing the evidence posted everywhere? They’re 100% going to make further demands from Bryan and he needs to have legal counsel with him. Interesting they say nothing about Joshua’s actions towards Ben and make no statement on directing him to drop his lawsuits either.
They also never apologized. They’re just doing this because they’ve finally realized their business is at risk and they’re trying to hang on to any ounce left of their good reputation. This doesn’t make up for what Ben went through either who is still fighting multiple lawsuits because of Joshua. The police department also needs to be held accountable for their blatant corruption and violation of Ben’s rights.
