Not everyone, but enough believers, artists, and collectors The content, memes, and conversation kept going. The culture survived long after the hype cycle ended. And looking back, that might be the most important achievement in @ChimpersHQ history. Because surviving a bear market isn't a financial milestone but a cultural milestone. The communities that endure through difficult periods build stronger bonds than those that only experience success. @NFT1nsight also played a part in making sure the community was all together. @_Craig_ on the other hand wore the Chimpers name with pride through all tough times and kept reminding the world that tough times don't last. He was right. We have the big @mstrchimpo, @PunkHot10, @TimpersHD. long list of Legends who kept everything together. All of these weren't because prices were exciting but because people chose to remain when there was no incentive to stay. No bogus headlines, no speculations, and no easy attention. Chimpers discovered their community during the bear market, and that's why those years are remembered differently, and the love is genuine. Today, I woke up to find this @ChimpersHQ in my DMs. This day is shaping up to be a great day and it's not even Chuesday! To some, this might be just a JPEG, to me it means a lot more than that Strap in, it's Story Time: As an NFT & art lover, I've always gravitated towards the people who are actually building, the ones who keep showing up, the ones trying to push this industry forward in meaningful ways. I've always been loud about supporting them, not because I'm trying to get noticed, not because I'm working towards some kind of reward, but because it's genuinely who I am. Sometime last year, my Vibie even made it into one of their recap graphics because of a tweet I shared about them. Over time, I built a real bond with @_Craig_ , one of the strongest pillars of the Chimpers community. We first crossed paths on spaces, then on the timeline, then DMs. What started off as a few interactions here and there, turned into two people showing up for each other, in our work, in this space & in life. No agenda, no strategy, just genuine appreciation and mutual respect. That naturally extended to the wider Chimpers Ecosystem. I found myself joining spaces where they were guests, and every chance I got, I gave them flowers too. Supporting people Craig had vouched for. Not blindly, not because they had a big brand behind them, but because I honestly admired what they were building and the way they were building it. I believe in supporting real builders, and Chimpers constantly gaave me reasons to be bullish on them. Then @NFT1nsight started seeing me too. He'd reached out time and time again thanking me for the support I've been showing on the timeline and on spaces. They noticed the encouragement, the enthusiasm, and the belief I had in what they were creating. And when they launched the Chimpers Dojo, it was like all the pieces fell into place. Here was a team creating an entry point that wasn't reserved exclusively for holders. A space where people could create profiles, connect and participate in the ecosystem, whether you owned a Chimper or not. It was about inclusivity. About inviting people into a shared vision and giving them a place to belong. I still don't hold a Chimper yet, and maybe this is exactly why this honorary means so much to me. Because I wasn't working towards this. I wasn't tweeting hoping they would eventually turn into a reward. I was just being myself, speaking my mind, Chimpioning artists and builders I believed in and showing up with my whole heart. And somehow, in a way I didn't expect, this cam back around. So yes, this might be just another JPEG to some, but to me, it's an artist, it's @mstrchimpo | @TimpersHD taking the time to say: " We see you" It's a reminder that authenticity still matters. that kindness stacks and the relationships we build in this space can become real. I recently had a call with a higher up working for a last-cycle NFT collection When asked about the floor price, he started talking about how much holders received in airdrops, how high the floor went, gen 2, etc The hard truth is that nobody cares That was literally 3 years ago Most people who got an airdrop already dumped, and new holders have received nothing but downwards price action What value do people get today?
