In a case report, PuraStat was used to manage active bleeding from GAVE when APC was not ideal due to pacemaker concerns.
Applied endoscopically via a dedicated catheter, PuraStat achieved hemostasis. Follow-up endoscopy showed no spontaneous bleeding.
