Meta a dû suspendre l'entraînement sur les posts publics européens après blocage du régulateur. Et niveau puissance, pendant que les US alignent des data centers à plusieurs centaines de milliards de dollars, nous on loue du cloud… américain. Sans compute maison, pas de modèle de frontière. Lol voilà. Ensuite, les règles qu'on s'impose à nous-mêmes. Saviez-vous qu'une startup qui veut utiliser l'IA pour trier des CV tombe direct dans la case " haut risque" avec lAI act voté par l'Europe ? Documentation technique, évaluation de conformité, journalisation, supervision humaine, registre… Un dossier digne d'un labo pharmaceutique. Pour trier des CV. Pendant ce temps, son concurrent à Austin code son outil le week-end et le met en prod le lundi. Pareil pour une medtech européenne qui veut faire de l'aide au diagnostic : régime haut risque le plus lourd, des mois de paperasse avant la première vente. À San Francisco, on lève 20 millions et on itère sur de vrais cas pendant qu'ici on remplit l'annexe IV, alinéa 27. Et même quand le produit existe, on ne l'a pas. Apple a reporté Apple Intelligence dans l'UE. Meta refuse de livrer ses meilleurs modèles Llama aux Européens. Google a sorti ses résumés IA dans 100 pays… pas chez nous. Un dev brésilien a des outils qu'un dev français attend encore. On est le marché qu'on sert en dernier. Le plus drôle et le plus pathétique en même temps : en 2026 l'Europe a dû voter un texte pour SIMPLIFIER et REPORTER ses propres règles, parce qu'elles étaient inapplicables à temps. On a écrit un règlement tellement lourd qu'on doit l'alléger avant même qu'il s'applique pleinement. Alors oui, nos ministres peuvent enchaîner les déclarations vides et les annonces à coups de milliards. Mais on ne gagne pas une course en perfectionnant le règlement pendant que les autres courent déjà depuis longtemps. La course à l'IA ? On l'a déjà perdue. Reste à savoir si on l'admet.
