Simplicity in strength training is paramount for sustainable progress. Overcomplicating protocols often leads to confusion and hindered results. Focus on fundamental exercises and Emphasize progressive overload by gradually increasing weights to challenge your muscles.
Muscle growth timelines can vary for young athletes and individuals above 40 due to age-related factors. Young athletes often experience faster muscle development, with noticeable gains within weeks to months of consistent training.
I tested 120 shoulders in the last week
27 of them failed my screening - all 27 are either football players or their HS does football lifts for baseball players - none of them are over 86 on the mound (most are 78-82 and have garbage push mechanics)
The stats don’t lie
My point for this is build baseball players not offensive lineman if you want guys who throw fast
If you want to look like Tarzan and play like Jane then lift like guys did in 1988
There’s a ton of great info out there how to build throwing athletes correctly but people either ignore it or say “this is how we’ve always done it”

It’s the best tournament in travel baseball and we’ve got a ridiculous list of big names broken down in here, including many that’ll have their names called early in the 2024 & 2025 drafts.
