I’ve never watched #EUROVISION outside of that Will Farrell movie, but the stories of what is happening to Israel’s contestant this year are just disgusting. I’m glad to see she still has support from real people.

I am sick & tired of this BS being pushed by these ill-informed antisemites. 🇮🇱 has mandatory military service, literally everyone has to serve with few exceptions. Contrast that with 🇨🇦 where we don’t have mandatory service. Those of us who wear the uniform volunteer to serve. Servicewomen or not, to wish death on anyone is beyond the pale. Never mind all of the falsehoods that continue to be perpetuated by people who no longer care to pretend that this hasn’t always been about one thing: hating Jews. Release them and all the hostages now immediately and unconditionally, so that the path to a just & durable peace in the Middle East can be possible.
