Goal #1 for this school year. I left last year with a cluttered mind, worn out soul and heavy heart. More “Just Be” time will keep my cup filled and help with home/work balance.
For 30 min everyday do nothing. No meditation. No music. No phone . No people. No nothing. Strare at a wall, a tree, yourself in the mirror. Just do nothing. Forget about your life, your work, your relationships. And just sit. It will transform your life.
