@TikTokSupport I’ve been trying to recover my account @quieroromo and I’m stuck in a loop. I submitted a ticket on your website and gave all my info, but was told to use the app instead. In the app it’s only bots that don’t help at all.

Meanwhile email support is a real person, but they keep redirecting me back to the app bot. I don’t have access to my old number (Google Voice, deleted) so I can’t get OTP. I’ve already provided devices, location, and account details.
