Over the past months, I've been working on a project that's gained a lot of attention within the esports industry and has come a long way. No matter the size of the event, the same challenge keeps appearing: prize money and payouts create hours of manual administration for tournament organizers and clubs, while players and sometimes even clubs often have limited visibility into where things stand. The result is unnecessary friction, unclear responsibility, and in some cases, prize money that never reaches the people it belongs to. That's why I've been building a platform focused on reducing admin, increasing transparency, and helping tournament organizers, clubs, and players stay aligned throughout the entire payout process. I'm not quite ready to share all the details yet, but I'll be attending @IEM Cologne from June 18–22 and using the week to connect with people across the industry. Tournament organizers, clubs, agents, players, and anyone working on the business or finance side of esports. If you'll be there and would like to chat, feel free to comment or send me a message

Nobody tells you the hardest part about quitting something you’ve done for most of your life happens after you quit. For my whole adult life, cs was the only thing I ever truly cared about. Every routine I had, every goal, most of the people I talked to, everything in my life somehow revolved around CS, i feel like my identity was cs. Now I work, I study, I try to keep busy, but I still feel empty all the time? I keep trying to find new things and hobbies to care about, but nothing feels interesting and I end up comparing everything to competing. How does people find new things that makes them happy and gives them some kind of purpose?

The pic may be old, but the passion for @CounterStrike definitely isn’t 😌 Exploring opportunities as a Coach / Analyst for the right project. 20 years in the game, from 1.6 to CS2, across both EU & NA scenes, as a player and a coach, I’ve had the chance to experience a lot of eras, teams, and lessons. Still hungry to learn. Still getting knowledge and keeping a close eye on every event! DMs open or Xp3@wearejam.gg

There’s a European league happening right now in women’s CS with no prize pool or sponsors. Just people who care. 25 (!!!) teams competing, players showing up, organisers and casters putting in time and effort simply because we all believe in the scene and want to see it grow. And I think that says everything. This community has never been built on easy conditions. It’s been built on passion, resilience and willingness to keep on going even when nothing is guaranteed in return. We don’t give up when support disappears. We adapt and continue our work. And this is what makes our scene so united and strong. So if you’re watching, playing, organising or supporting in any other way - you’re part of something real. And that what matters the most.
Athena League — Week 1 🔥 We are presenting the schedule for the first matches of our league. Please note: some matches have been rescheduled. Since teams are allowed to schedule matches at their own convenience, unexpected changes to the match schedule may occur. You can follow the games on our official broadcasts: 📺 twitch.tv/affinity_mp4 [ENG] 📺 twitch.tv/corvex666 [RU] 📺 twitch.tv/naorimizuki [ENG] The season is about to begin - and it promises to be long and exciting 👀 We are also still open to partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. Your support is very important for the growth of the scene 🤝 📩 partnerships.athenacs@gmail.com

I’m actively open to opportunities. My future is very unknown. The past few years I’ve been consistently on the grind, competing, leading my team to the top, creating content, and so much more all while balancing a full-time career. I’ve shown that despite being extremely burnt out and it taking a toll on my health, my passion overcame everything.  With an unknown future within NA due to a lack of events and financial support with the amount of time invested, my team has made the difficult decision to disband. I am so thankful for each  one of my team members and so happy I got to put this team together last year. I have so much love and respect for all of them, and made lifelong friends. This last Impact season was not only the most fun for me with them, but also was my best personal season with multiple MVPs, so I know I still have a lot to offer! I  had the best support/guidance around me, teammates I love,  and them trusting in me as a leader with my experience meant everything. I’m also very thankful for Ghost to join our side. In the meantime, I will be streaming more consistently, and creating more meaningful content. I would like to note that I tried to put together a mixed roster, but it became too difficult to find people who could dedicate time into practice. I am actively looking for opportunities with the EU region on my mind for the right fit. I have been thinking about possibly moving for a long time if the right opportunity arrives. It could be competing for a passionate team, helping build a structured program focused on women gamers or health & wellness, analyst positions or stepping into a GM or leadership role. I bring over 10 years of leadership,  knowledge, and unmatched passion where I can elevate people’s confidence around me.  If you’re a team, organization, or brand looking for someone that fits my roles and experience, send me a DM or email emuhleet@gmail.com
