(just in case you thought they did)
instead of relying on service reports, we dig deeper to find friction that doesn’t show up in stats – so we can really understand the IT experience, and keep improving it
that's the difference between traditional IT support, and a value chain-led service (that's ours)
ITIL version 5 is here - lot's of changes, lot's to think about
Even if you don’t speak ITIL language, it’s worth five minutes (probably less) to see what’s changed, and what it means for you as a user: 848.group/blog-posts/itil-5-…

here are some wonderful charities to support this Christmas if you're able to
Support people facing homelessness @crisis_uk@SocialBite_@Shelter
Donate to your local food bank @TrussellUK
Redistribute surplus food to charities/communities
@FareShareUK
less than £30 could give someone who's facing homelessness:
Help with a safe place to stay
Hot meals and a Christmas dinner
Access to health and wellbeing programmes
Support to leave homelessness behind for good
@crisis_uk
1 in 8 people in the UK regularly go hungry, yet tonnes of food is wasted every year - you can volunteer with @FareShareUK or donate to help get food redistributed back into the community or charities instead of going to waste
every 12 minutes a family loses their home
The first £250,000 of one-off donations received until 25th December will be matched by the Hands Family Trust, doubling your impact @Shelter
@TrussellUK you can find your local foodbank via the Trussell Trust website to help the people in your area experiencing food poverty (alongside the type of donations they're looking for - often things like tins of soup/beans, pasta, UHT milk, sugar, coffee)
