Maybe an occupational approach could help? More time out or cells. Increased structured, challenging activities (outside of education/work), and regular groups and sessions to develop skills to live better and happier lives.

One exhibited artist in #Freedom told us: βI learned to make 3D origami in prison. It really helps with my mental health and I like to see the end result. I feel really proud of myself for getting chosen out of all them peopleβ.

Being mindful is an important skill to appreciate the here and now rather than worrying about what has or hasn't happened.
