There becomes a point when normal accelerations are no longer making you faster.
Athletes need resisted accelerations, where they are pulling a sled with a relatively heavy load behind them.
It gives them a greater ability to apply force horizontally.
How can you train to become a better overall and more explosive athlete?

3. Adding movement into sprint starts
4. Using dynamic effort lifts
5. Working in “reverse.”
