Henry has been a strong advocate for Registered Apprenticeship Programs and creating pathways to high-paying careers in the skilled trades. The conversation reinforced the importance of federal, state, and industry partnerships to address workforce shortages and ensure the next generation of craft professionals is ready to build America.
