.@CarlosGimenezFL and @RepMariaSalazar may want to take a closer look at the Faster Labor Contracts Act. This bill undermines voluntary agreements and good-faith labor-management negotiations. It also opens the door to labor disputes expanding beyond wages, benefits, and working conditions into broader social and political issues that have little to do with the day-to-day needs of workers and employers. Terrible votes by them!

Great to hear from Florida’s own @HenmackIII , Assistant Secretary of the @USDOL Employment and Training Administration and a longtime friend of ABC, during today’s discussion on expanding apprenticeship opportunities and workforce training. Henry has been a strong advocate for Registered Apprenticeship Programs and creating pathways to high-paying careers in the skilled trades. The conversation reinforced the importance of federal, state, and industry partnerships to address workforce shortages and ensure the next generation of craft professionals is ready to build America.
