Many people struggle to respond to authority. Athletes embrace working with those who demand excellence and push them to their limits. Many people struggle to show up on time for one thing each day. Athletes show up on time for many things every day. Athletes aren’t built the same as others. They are independent but team-oriented. They are hard-working but balanced.
