👀Check out our crew in action today! Reaching every outage isn’t always straightforward. In some areas, crews first had to clear fallen trees and storm debris just to safely reach the lines. It’s work that often happens before repairs can even begin, but it’s an important part of restoring power safely. We’re now down to 128 customers without power across 56 incidents, with most outages affecting just one or two homes. Our crews are still out and will keep working around the clock until every customer is restored. We appreciate your patience as they keep pushing forward. #PoweringThrough #ThankALineworker

Crews have continued to make steady progress throughout the day. As of 6:15 PM, approximately 3,148 customers remain without power across 241 outage locations. Because many of the remaining outage locations impact fewer than 10 customers, we anticipate full restoration by 10 pm Wednesday. We appreciate our customers’ patience and want to thank our crews for their long hours and commitment to safety as restoration continues. 🚨 Safety reminder: Stay away from downed power lines, assume they’re energized, and report hazards online at aes-ohio.com/outages 877-4OUTAGE (877-468-8243). 👉 Report outages: aes-ohio.com/outages or 877-4OUTAGE (877-468-8243) 👉 Restoration process: aes-ohio.com/power-restorati…
