NO DRONE ZONES: FBI Atlanta is urging drone operators in the Atlanta, Macon, and Kennesaw areas to check temporary flight restrictions before launching their machines during the FIFA World Cup.
Monday, FAA temporary flight restrictions expand around downtown Atlanta.
So far, FBI Atlanta has seized 13 drones from pilots who violated the TFR near the stadium and Centennial Olympic Park. Pilots can also face fines up to $100,000 and potential federal criminal felonies and misdemeanor charges.

Due to severe weather impacting Atlanta, and after consultation with public safety and weather officials, today’s FIFA Fan Festival™ will be closing at 7pm and will not be showing the match between Ivory Coast & Ecuador.
