On 28th November 2024, Alliance Française of Madras had the pleasure of welcoming Mr @GregorTrumel , Counsellor for Cooperation and Cultural Action at the French Embassy in India, accompanied by Ms Stéphanie Orfila, Education Officer, Ms Émilie JACAMENT, Coordinator of the Alliance Française network in India, Mr. Thomas Chaumont, Attaché for Cooperation in French Language, and Ms. Julia Trouilloud, Attachée for Books, Debates, and Ideas. During their visit, the delegation met with the AF Madras committee, staff, students, and professors to discuss the strong partnership between AF Madras and the French Institute in India in promoting the French language and culture in Tamil Nadu. They also inaugurated our exhibition, “Vers la réouverture de Notre-Dame de Paris”, featuring a meticulously crafted 3D-printed replica of the Notre-Dame Cathedral.
