VETO OVERRIDDEN ✅ The KIRK Act is now law. Free speech wins in Kansas.

Big win for Kansas! The legislature has officially overridden the veto on SB 30 — restoring accountability and ensuring new occupational licensing rules go through elected lawmakers. That means fewer unchecked regulations and more transparency for Kansans.

📣You shouldn’t have to choose between flexibility and security. This week HB 2602 was also signed into law! This will allow Kansas to expand opportunity while protecting the freedom to work on Kansans’ own terms.

📣The HOME Act was signed into law this week which means more front porches, more welcome mats, and more Kansans being able to have a home. This is huge step forward for housing affordability in our great state!
